Okay, Bloomberg has more money than, well God, right and apparently he is in talks with other moderate Republicans and Democrats about the possibility of a campaign run.

That being said, if Obama wins the nomination, he probably won't run. Obama is moderate enough to capture votes from independents and I do't think Bloomberg would want to touch that. Same thing if Mccain gets the nomination. However, ego is a powerful thing and you never know how it will interact with other factors.

So, will Bloomberg run as an independent? Money and ego being considered, he just might. But, I don't think he really wants to be president. He probably just wants to make sure that his voice is heard. We shall have to wait and see...
